Programs & Fees

You must be a member for the 2023 season to use the Online booking system which will be operational as of May 1, 2023 in order to participate in lessons, Intercounty tryouts and House League play. Members who are interested in participating in these programs are encouraged to register early.

In addition to the membership fee, the following are additional costs:

• Non-residents (outside Aurora) - $25.00 per member
• Mixed Adult House League - $15 per player 2023 ACTC Monday & Wednesday House League is now full
• Intercounty Teams - TBD by each team
• Guest Fee - $20.00 per visit (2 visit limit per month)

Returning Members

Members who are renewing their membership can log in using your email address and password. If you don't remember your password, click on 'Forgot Password'. You will be sent an email with instructions.

Once logged in, click on 'Your name' on top of the page' to view your profile and then click on the 'Renew Until' button on the right-hand side. Confirm your membership details. You can then proceed to pay online by credit card.

New Members

Start the online member application form by selecting the membership level that suits your needs. 

In the screens that follow, you will enter your email address, name, phone number, mailing address, and if applicable select the out of town fee (ie. if you live outside of Aurora).

Program Registration

If you are interested in playing in house league (Monday or Wednesday evenings) add the additional fee (and check applicable day, Monday or Wednesday.)

If you are interested in playing in the Monday or Thursday morning Ladies' Social round robin please indicate this on the registration form (there is no charge for this option).

if you want to play on an intercounty team please indicate this on the registration form. There is no charge for this during registration but there may be a small charge to cover tennis balls during tryouts but will confirmed by team captains.

You will receive an email confirming that your application is being processed, plus a separate email with your ACTC password. 

In-Person Registration

There will be no in-person registration this year. However, if you are unable to register online, please reach out to one of our Board members at board.actc@gmail.com for assistance. 

Waiver - Insurance - Photos - Records

By applying for membership at ACTC (Aurora Community Tennis Club), members agree to abide by club rules and by-laws, and irrevocably waive any and all claims you may have against the ACTC and its directors, officers, instructors, volunteers, members and guests and the Town of Aurora. As well, release all of them from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or personal injury, including death, that they or their family may suffer, whether due to negligence or otherwise, in connections with any activities, programs or events provided, sponsored or organized by or on behalf of ACTC. 

As an ACTC member you also agree that personal information will be posted on the ACTC database and membership lists for purposes of contacting you. The undersigned also agrees to abide by the ACTC rules and regulations

We may use your photo on our website, as well as other social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Please email us at board.actc@gmail.com if you do not want your photo used on the club's social media venue.
